You don't pay per seat or per user — you buy credits, and each task spends 1, 4, or 12 of them depending on how heavy it is. A link fix costs one. A full article costs twelve. No surprises, no per-head bill.
A credit is the unit you understand and count. Behind it, each task routes to the cheapest capable model — so we watch tokens, you never have to. Every task falls into one of three weights:
Run out mid-month? Extra tasks are billed at $1.00 / credit — always more than the bundled rate, so upgrading a plan beats overage. Change plans any time; the new credit balance applies from the next cycle.
A credit is a unit of work. Each task the department does spends 1, 4, or 12 credits depending on its weight (light / standard / heavy). You buy a bundle each month; we route every task to the cheapest model that clears the quality bar, so what a task costs us in tokens never lands on your bill.
You pick a plan and we activate your account as soon as your payment is confirmed — you'll get an email with a button that activates it in one click. More self-serve billing is on the way.
The department keeps working and extra tasks are billed as overage at $0.12 per credit — higher than the bundled rate on purpose, so moving up a plan is always the better deal. You'll see it coming in the Ledger.
